Our forecast charts and TradingView indicators are digital products and study tools. They are delivered as digital content and/or as access granted to your TradingView ID. Because access and content are delivered digitally and immediately, please read this policy before purchasing.

Subscriptions

  • Indicator access is offered on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise stated.
  • Access is granted to the TradingView ID you provide, typically within a short time after payment is confirmed.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew through this website - you renew manually by making a new payment for the next period.

Cancellation

  • You may choose not to renew at any time; simply do not make a payment for the next period, and access will lapse at the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and access/content is delivered immediately:

  • Once access has been granted or a chart delivered, fees are generally non-refundable.
  • If you were charged in error, charged twice, or access was not delivered despite confirmed payment, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will investigate and issue a refund or restore access as appropriate.
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in good faith. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
