Swing High/Low Scalper
1 / 4
1 / 4
Overview
The Swing High/Low Scalper is built for traders who want structured entries and disciplined stop-loss placement during momentum shifts. It blends smoothed Force Index analysis with swing-based price structure to identify moments when momentum and key levels align.
When directional bias changes, the indicator plots clear trade signals and automatically calculates the nearest logical stop-loss using recent swing highs or lows.
Core Logic
Force Index Bias Detection
- Uses the Force Index (price × volume change), smoothed with an EMA.
- Helps confirm sustained bullish or bearish momentum.
Signal Memory & Noise Reduction
- The indicator remembers the last signal (buy/sell).
- A new signal is only generated when the directional bias changes.
- Helps avoid redundant alerts in sideways or choppy markets.
Swing-Based Stop-Loss Placement
- On signal confirmation:
- Buy: Stop-loss is plotted near the most recent swing low.
- Sell: Stop-loss is plotted near the most recent swing high.
- Safety checks are applied during extreme or uncertain conditions.
Key Features
- Dynamic stop-loss plotting using structural swing points
- Visual background bias:
- Green tint = Bullish bias
- Red tint = Bearish bias
- Clean and minimalist chart labels
- Scales across multiple timeframes (1-minute to daily)
What Makes It Unique
- Unlike basic momentum or swing tools, it uses a state-tracking system.
- Signals are only triggered when:
- There is a true momentum shift, and
- Swing structure supports the move.
- Prioritizes signal quality over frequency, using real price action for stop-loss logic instead of arbitrary formula-based levels.
How to Use

2. Monitor Trade Signals
- Green Up Arrow = Buy
- Red Down Arrow = Sell
3. Use Stop-Loss Labels

4. Watch Background Bias

- Red background → Bearish momentum
